RENOVATIONS AND PAINTINGS LIMITED was established in Lagos, Nigeria in 2001 but was incorporated as a registered company under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990 as a Limited Liability Company on the 24 day of December, 2013. We are a Commercial General Contractor that specializes in all aspects of Construction, Facilities Management and Maintenance, Building consultants, Project Managers, Interior Decoration, Finishes and Paintings, Plaster Of Paris (P.O.P) designs, Windows, Doors and Frame Cornishes and Installation/Stockist of all types of paintings and wall paper amongst others.

RENOVATIONS AND PAINTINGS LIMITED has received significant recognition for our work within the construction industry. We are renown and have received Excellence-in-Construction awards on a local, regional and national basis. Our excellent Safety records have earned us multiple Platinum Level safety awards from Associated Builders and Contractors. We are the recipient of dozens of Top Project Awards for our integrity and immense contributions to the building construction industry.

RENOVATIONS AND PAINTINGS LIMITED and its Managers have extensive experience with projects consisting of concrete tilt, concrete masonry, structural steel, wood frame and pre-engineered metal building systems. We have experience with public and private sector projects including office buildings, Industrial parks, retail establishments, schools, apartment complexes and many other unique projects. We also have a small works department which handles tenant improvements and renovation and repair work for commercial clients.
